"Mindful" Bath Salts - Relax

A mix of sea salt and Himalayan salt, with a botanical blend mixed throughout and finally scented with Lavender essential oil, to help relax the mind, body and soul.

Salt has a cleansing and detoxifying effect on the skin. It is enriched with minerals and will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth.

Lavender Essential Oil is helpful for relaxation, soothing and calming the nerves, helping with anxiety.
It is often used to help promote sleep.

Some of its properties are;
Anti-depressant, Antiseptic, Anti bacterial, Anti inflammatory, so is also useful for any skin conditions, like eczema, problematic skin.

These bath salts are sold in 250g glass jars 

How to use;
Sprinkle required amount for bath under running water. Agitate the water to mix the salts and essential oil.

ALLERGENS; Geraniol, Limonene, Linalool

For external use only-not to be used around the eyes, mucous membranes or on    broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
